From the series Perfumed Words, this giclée print on archival cold press paper, is from a botanical study rendered in charcoal, where petals and stems take on the forms of resistance and memory. Titled You Will Come Back, the work borrows its name from Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood, hinting at the cyclical nature of longing, ruin, and renewal. This series reimagines flowers as carriers of subversive code, challenging the notion of botanical illustration as benign or decorative.
